In some cases, it happens that booting and shutting down the computer triggers identification issues. In that case, ask a licence again without shutting down your computer before receiving your new activation code.
Caution if you buy directly a licence on this website, please copy and keep safe the new "site" Code and the new "machine" Code which might vary after rebooting your computer. Do not shut down your computer before inserting (copy/paste) your new activation code.
