Some Windows 8 versions do not allow automatically to install OBDuCAN without activating formerly the « .NET Framework 2.0 ».

Here is what you should do to activate it:

Open the Control Panel and select Programs

Chose Programs and features

Click on Turn Windows features on or off

Tick: .NET Framework 3.5 (included .NET 2.0 et 3.0) 

At this stage, Windows will ask you to accept to download the feature from the Microsoft website; accept to download and then to install the « .NET Framework 3.5 ».

When it is done, you can install OBDuCAN!
